Hannah is a strategic business leader and board advisor with 20+ years of experience driving organizational transformation, human capital strategy, and operational effectiveness across private and public sectors. She is a trusted advisor to executive teams and boards, with deep expertise in talent strategy, compensation, succession planning, ESG, governance, risk oversight and business transformation. After almost a decade consulting to enterprise organizations at Deloitte, she transitioned to executive leadership, helping scale growing global organizations. In her current position she is the CHRO at Achievers, a Canadian HQ, global SaaS organization.

Although she loves the work that she does in the boardroom, she's even more passionate about the "work" that she does on other boards such as paddle boards and skis. You'll often find her on weekends in a forest, steering a canoe, or finding some type of outdoor adventure with her two kids and partner.
