Transformation Leader - Partner EY People Advisory

Sanam is a Partner in EY’s People Advisory Services practice in Vancouver, with over 20 years of experience advising Fortune 500 clients on complex people-related issues such as change management, large scale transformations, organizational restructuring and talent strategies.

She has worked across diverse industries in Canada and the US and previously served as a VP in the Strategic Transformation Office at CB Richard Ellis in Los Angeles.

Prior to EY, Sanam gained experience in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice in Toronto, and Accenture’s SAP and Talent and Organizational Performance practice in Vancouver.

Sanam is passionate about serving her community and serves on the council of Farhang Foundation and is on the Board of Directors for Kids Up Front.
