Elementary Vice Principal

Jessica Lee is an experienced educator and school leader in West Vancouver Schools, currently serving as a Vice Principal. With over 15 years in education across Canada and international settings, she brings a deep commitment to student well-being, literacy development, and inclusive school communities. Jessica has worked as a classroom teacher, literacy lead, and instructional coach, and has led professional development focused on evidence-based literacy practices and effective teaching strategies.

Jessica is passionate about creating school environments where all students feel a strong sense of belonging and are empowered to reach their full potential. Her work is grounded in the belief that strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning are key to both academic success and overall well-being. She values collaboration with educators, families, and the broader community to support meaningful and equitable learning experiences for all students.

Through her involvement with Canada SCORES, Jessica is excited to support programs that combine physical activity, creative expression, and mentorship to build confidence, resilience, and leadership in young people. She is particularly inspired by opportunities that connect students to their communities and help them develop a lifelong love of learning and movement.
