Canada SCORES and Inter Toronto Announce Renewal of Charitable Partnership for the 2026 Season
Toronto, February 25, 2026 – Canada SCORES, an affiliate of the North American-wide SCORES Network established as a 1994 FIFA World Cup Legacy Program, is proud to announce the renewal of a partnership with Inter Toronto Football Club for the 2026 season. As the “Official Charitable Partner” of Inter Toronto, Canada SCORES will collaborate with the club on a range of initiatives aimed at making a positive impact in the community.
Following a successful inaugural season in 2025, Canada SCORES will continue to be the official beneficiary of the 50/50 raffle at all Inter Toronto games throughout the season. Fans attending the games will have the chance to contribute to both the excitement of the game and the growth of positive youth development programs for underserved children & youth in the region, with proceeds from the raffle going directly to support Canada SCORES after-school initiatives and community programs.
"We learned a great deal about each other during our first year of partnership in 2025 and are thrilled to renew this mutually beneficial partnership with Inter Toronto for the 2026 season," said Nick Taylor, National Executive Director of Canada SCORES. "2026 is an exciting year for the sport, and for those engaged in playing and supporting soccer across North America. As a legacy program of the 1994 World Cup, the SCORES Network is committed to ensuring our impactful work continues to reach new children and youth, and Inter Toronto are helping that happen.”
In addition to the 50/50 raffle, the partnership will also feature Inter Toronto player visits to Canada SCORES after-school programs, where “Poet-Athletes” will have the opportunity to interact with and learn from professional athletes.
